Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat the plant-based butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes per side depending on thickness. Remove from skillet and set aside to rest. Once rested, slice into bite-size pieces.
  2. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions, typically 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Drain, reserving some pasta water, and set aside.
  3. Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, melt the plant-based butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Pour in the heavy plant-based cream and stir in the plant-based cheese, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), and apple cider vinegar (natural). Let the sauce simmer gently, stirring frequently until it thickens and becomes smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
