Instructions

  3. Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, add more plant-based butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in the unsweetened plant-based milk and stir in plant-based cheese, vegetarian Worcestershire sauce, and a splash of apple cider vinegar. Sprinkle the natural gelling agent and whisk continuously until the sauce thickens and turns creamy.
  4. Combine Everything: Add the cooked pasta, broccoli, and chicken to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Toss gently to coat evenly and allow the flavors to meld on low heat for a couple of minutes.
