Instructions

  2. Prepare the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, mix the all-purpose flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture, plant-based milk, and softened plant-based butter. Mix thoroughly until a soft, slightly sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the Dough: Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 8 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Alternatively, use a stand mixer with a dough hook on medium speed for about 6 minutes.
  4. First Rise: Place dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with damp cloth or plastic wrap, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 to 1.5 hours.
