Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate shell: Gently melt the plant-based chocolate in a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Using a silicone mold designed for spheres, carefully brush or pour melted chocolate into each cavity, ensuring an even layer. Let it set in the refrigerator until fully firm.
- Fill the bombs: Once the shells are set, add a spoonful of the natural cocoa powder mixture combined with sweetener, natural gelling agent, sea salt, and your chosen optional variation(s) along with mini vegan marshmallows inside each half, being careful not to overfill to allow space for sealing.
- Seal the halves: Warm a flat plate briefly and carefully press the edges of two chocolate halves to it one at a time, softening just enough to melt the edges. Press the halves gently together to seal, then refrigerate again to solidify the bond.
- Add finishing touches: Decorate the bombs with drizzles of melted chocolate, a dusting of cocoa powder, or sprinkles for an extra festive and attractive finish.
