- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
Vegetables
- 1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

Instructions

- Cook the Shrimps: Heat a little sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the shrimps and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and firm. Remove shrimps and set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables: In the same pan, add the carrots, bell peppers, green onions, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry gently until vegetables are tender but still crisp.

- Finish with Shrimps and Serve: Return the shrimps to the pan and stir for another minute to meld flavors. Remove from heat, drizzle with a little extra sesame oil if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use room temperature ingredients for even cooking and tender shrimps.
- Do not overcook shrimps to prevent rubbery texture.
- Warm noodles with hot water separately before stir-frying for softness.
- Toss constantly during stir-fry to prevent noodles from sticking.
- Adjust sauce ingredients gradually to suit your taste.
