Creamy Sauce

  • 1/2 cup plant-based heavy cream alternative
  • 1/2 cup plant-based cheese (creamy, melting)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural)
  • 1 teaspoon natural gelling agent

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pesto: Blend fresh basil leaves, toasted pine nuts, minced garlic, and a splash of olive oil (natural) until smooth. Add lemon juice (natural) and a pinch of salt to brighten the flavor, then set aside your vibrant green pesto.
