Cheese and Herbs

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella-style plant-based cheese (plant-based)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the flavorful garlic butter mixture: Melt the plant-based butter (natural) in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the minced fresh garlic, dried Italian herbs (natural), garlic powder (natural), vegetarian Worcestershire sauce (natural), salt, and pepper. Let the mixture simmer for a minute to infuse the garlic fully, then remove from heat.
  2. Cut and coat the biscuit dough: Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into small bite-sized pieces. Place the pieces in a large bowl and pour the garlic butter mixture over them. Toss gently to coat the dough evenly with the garlic butter and herbs.
  3. Add plant-based cheese and parsley: Fold in the shredded mozzarella-style plant-based cheese (plant-based) and chopped fresh parsley, ensuring the cheese is evenly distributed among the dough pieces.
